Author to host a series of storytelling events

Martin Wild, author of The Gospels in Harmony, leads a storytelling group which will be hosting a series of events in March.
In March the Tamworth Elim storytelling team will be holding three storytelling events. A company of 15 involved – 8 storytellers and 7 musicians and singers will be performing The Great Escape, a piece that Martin has adapted from original material by Marianne Radius.
Each evening there will be live music and Martin will be signing copies of The Gospels in Harmony and his earlier volume Start to Finish.
If you’d like to experience ‘an epic tale of slavery, freedom, promises and pilgrimage’ then come along to one of the three events below.
Tamworth Elim Church, Sat. March 9th, 7.30pm
St Editha’s, Sun. March 17th, 4.00pm
St George’s Church, Thur. March 28th, 7.00pm

About the Book
BIBLE READINGS AND ORIGINAL POEMS THAT REVEAL THE LIFE OF JESUS.
In this unique guide to the Gospels, Martin brings together the accounts of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John through daily Bible readings and original poetry.
Each of the readings is accompanied by a poem highlighting the message and significance of the scripture. Together these weave the overarching story of love and grace linking every verse of the Gospels into a single poetic story from the beginning of time itself through the birth, life and death of Christ, culminating in the mystery of the resurrection and the majesty of his ascension.
