Author Andrew Conway weighs in on faith discussion on BBC Radio Ulster
Andrew Conway had the opportunity to chat with BBC radio about his upcoming book 'The Right to be Ridiculed'
BBC Ulster Radio featured a segment called ‘Is there any difference between faith in God or simply having a positive attitude?’ on Sunday the 24th of March.
Author and minister, Andrew Conway, chatted to presenter Audrey Carville about how we should respond to those who challenge, mock or ridicule others for their faith.
Andrew reminds us, ‘if you are ridiculed for your faith, you have something worth being ridiculed for’.
The radio host then asked how he personally responded to any criticism of his faith. Andrew explained ‘it’s possibly coming from the fact that the person has some hurt, maybe even hurt caused by the church.’
Ultimately Andrew’s message is clear, ‘I suppose I just point to who Jesus is…it’s all about Him’.
Andrew then had the opportunity to share a little about his upcoming book ‘The Right to be Ridiculed and what the bible says on the topic.

We discover that there is ample reward, not just after death, but also in our life here and now. When we view all forms of persecution from the right perspective, true joy can be experienced in the midst of suffering.
