Gwynneth Sunshine is an author of multiple books and has a degree in English.
Gwynneth has a daughter and three grandchildren and lives in Essex, where she attends a local Elim Pentecostal Church. As a Christian she has an evangelistic heart for the marginalised, and for many decades a calling by God to minister to those addicted to drugs and alcohol, to find restoration through a relationship with God.
Gwynneth’s interests include painting in acrylics, attending an English literature group, writing poetry, and country walks with her dog, and she is a fledgling local artist!

Gwynneth takes us on a spiritual journey, from the miracle of being born again, through the spiritual highs and lows of Christian growth and maturity. She explains the nature of spiritual battles and how we can fight them, as well as the supernatural gifts and tools God has given us to build his Kingdom. She recognises the spiritual dry seasons, such as the dark night of the soul, as well as the seasons of breakthrough, as we experience enlightenment.
Learn to live every day in the presence of God, who is himself Spirit and the source of all spiritual life.
A boarding school for girls was radically transformed when one of the pupils encountered Jesus and began to share her newfound faith. Gwynneth was one of the first to follow in devoting her life to Christ, and the revival that followed had far-reaching effects.
Gwynneth completed her education, not with great academic qualifications, but with a calling from heaven to reach out to the homeless and rejected with the love of Jesus. She invested herself in spending time with, and praying for, the marginalised, but her efforts soon led to burnout, followed by a rapid download spiral emotionally and spiritually. She began to encounter Satanic activity, depression and sickness, along with abuse and rejection from those around her. At times she made poor choices. Gradually she found herself drawn into the world of drug addiction, with poverty, suffering and violence.
God seemed distant and Gwynneth found herself trapped beyond her ability to escape. But she could not forget her childhood encounter with Jesus. In the midst of great darkness, she clung on to the hope of her destiny.
