After early work in the bookshop on the OM ship Doulos, he moved on to become an Area Sales Manager for STL. Then his career continued in Scripture Union Publishing, where he was the UK and International Sales Manager.
As an independent sales consultant, Mr Welch now represents Onwards and Upwards in the UK.
